CONTENT: Untwisted yarn is the main material in domestic towel manufacture. Untwisted yarn can improve towel’s hand feel, softness and increase towel types. The original materials of untwisted yarn are cotton yarn and water soluble yarn. The present used ordinary vinylon has some disadvantages in later treatment and in use.
1. Domestic produced ordinary vinylon needs long time thermophilic digestion and it is not totally soluble in water. Towel produce with it needs high temperature and pressure, high bleaching and dyeing technique, long digestion time, which needs more cost.
2. Ordinary yarn has higher requirements on techniques and will do pollution on environment. What’s more, towel quality is influenced.
3. At present, soluble untwisted yarn totally solve above mentioned problems. It is total soluble in water without any residue. And cost is saved, more assortment is produced.
①Using 1 ton 80S Water Soluble Yarn can produce 5tons water soluble untwisted yarn. In productive process, Water Soluble Yarn is total soluble in water, untwisted yarn only loss about 20%.
②Using 1 ton 60S Water Soluble Yarn can produce 4 tons water soluble untwisted yarn. In productive process, Water Soluble Yarn is total soluble in water, untwisted yarn only loss about 25%.
③Using 1 ton 45S Water Soluble Yarn can produce 3.25 tons water soluble untwisted yarn. In productive process, Water Soluble Yarn is total soluble in water, untwisted yarn only loss about 30%.
If the water soluble untwisted yarn is 35,000 yuan/ton, compare with 60S water soluble yarn, 1750 Yuan is saved by the use of 80s; and compare with 45s, 3500 yuan is saved for each ton.
Instant fiber is a new type water soluble fiber produced by our company. It can quickly dissolve in water after reaching certain temperature and does not has any sediment after cooling. It can reduce dyeing cost in large scale compare with ordinary towel. And the towel has better hand feel, softness and color.
